• This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data is collected, processed and secured within the meaning of the Act on Personal Data Protection of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).

II Personal Data

• The Service collects information provided by users voluntarily.

• Personal information is collected when a user fills out the contact form.

• Personal information is only used for the purpose of sending the contact form and if a user has given one’s consent.

• The content of the website can be viewed without providing any personal information.

• Every person who has provided one’s personal data has the right to access its content and the possibility to correct, update, complete, as well as to demand that processing of personal data be discontinued and to object to the processing of the personal data. These actions can be done by sending an appropriate statement to the following email address: sprzedaz@apolloresidence.pl.

• Personal information provided in the contact form is treated as confidential and is not accessible to unauthorized persons.

• The controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

III Information about Cookies

The Service uses cookies.

• Cookies are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service user’s end equipment and are designed to use the Service’s website. Cookies typically contain the name of the originating website, the length of time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
